Conditional Adjustment for Monthly Meal Membership
Any adjustment against the Monthly Meal Membership payment shall be made strictly in accordance with the applicable Food Service Policy.
The eligibility, conditions, amount, and manner of any such adjustment shall be determined as per the provisions of the applicable Food Service Policy.
No adjustment shall be treated as an automatic or unconditional refund and shall be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Food Service Policy.
Security Deposit Refund
The Security Deposit paid by the customer/member shall be refundable, subject to the applicable terms and conditions governing the Security Deposit.
The Security Deposit refund shall be processed after verification of the customer's account and applicable dues, if any.
The refundable amount, if applicable, shall be determined based on the Security Deposit terms applicable to the service.
The refund shall be processed through the applicable payment/refund mechanism.
Apart from the conditional adjustment of Monthly Meal Membership payments as per the Food Service Policy and the refund of the Security Deposit, no other refund or reimbursement shall be applicable under this policy.
